Our Factory
Our factory covers 2,000 square meters, made up of three workshops:
- Cold-Forged Fasteners Workshop: Producing standard fasteners according to DIN, ANSI/ASME, ISO, JIS, GB norms, as well as non-standard parts according to drawings.
- Machining Parts Workshop: Precision CNC machining for various metal components.
- Screw Precoating Workshop: Applying pre-coating treatments to screws for enhanced performance.
All workshops are equipped with advanced machines and staffed by skilled workers.

- Fasteners: Screws, Bolts, Nuts, Rivets, Washers, Pins, Anchors, Self Clinching, Standoffs, Threaded Rods
- Machined Parts: CNC machined parts, Anodized parts, Aluminium parts, Stainless steel parts, Brass parts
- Stamped Parts: Metal stamped parts, Perforated sheets
Raw Materials: Primarily Stainless Steel 304, 316, 303 & 410. Other materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Brass, Aluminium, Rubber, etc. are also available.
Quality Assurance
We follow strict quality control procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. We have 3 engineers engaged in conducting QC procedures.
Inspection Equipment: Projector, Rockwell Hardness Tester, Webster Hardness Tester, Tension Tester, Torque Wrenches, Salt Spray Tester, Rivet Tester, Micrometers, GO-Gauges, NO-GO-Gauges, etc.
